SAN FRANCISCO
Demolition of multiple structures and excavation for the 2,600-home Potrero Power Station development.
GILEAD SCIENCES, FOSTER CITY
Three-year, multi-phase project including demolition, grading, paving and site work.
BISHOP RANCH, SAN RAMON
Demolition of five 3-story office buildings on 20 acres, with tree removal as well. Site will be home to over 400 houses.
TRACY BIOMASS, TRACY
Demolition of a prior biomass facility to make way for a future concrete warehouse. Project involved crushing asphalt and concrete for future use as base rock for the new project.
LAWRENCE STATION, SANTA CLARA
A significant and successful project, we demolished three city blocks for a new housing project.
MILLENIUM APARTMENTS/HOTEL, SUNNYVALE
After our team completed land clearing, grading, soil management and eliminating contaminated soil, this location will house new apartments and a hotel.
